"Being a first time home buyer and that first home being an investment property is quite a daunting task. After putting in offers on 5 properties with 3 other agents I had come up empty. That is when I found James Bridges, and what a blessing that find was. After our first phone conversation I knew he was on top of his game. "Initially I wasn't sure about buying a home because I had little knowledge. After finding a place I really liked, I searched the internet to find more information on this place. That is how I found James Bridges. I signed up for his website that gave me lots of information about local homes for sale. After our first phone call, where James was the one who took the initative to get to know me and determine my needs, he was ready to show me my first place.
