As in many parts of Lakewood, these homes were dominantly built in the 1950’s. Different than other areas though, you will find fewer 2 bedrooms homes and a greater abundance of 3 bedroom properties. The properties are also larger here while still following pricing that is in-line with the other areas. Here you will find many homes that are from 1,200 to 1,600 sq ft.
