San Diego is our home town! Born and raised in the city of Spring Valley which is located in the east county of San Diego. As the 2nd largest city within California there is alot going on here.

Ranked consistenly as one of the best places to live in the United States San Diego has many different neighborhoods and cities to choose from.

With 70 miles of beaches you can bet there are some wonderful cities that line the coast. Each neighborhood has their own charm so you will want to have the aide of a professional San Diego real estate agent to help you find the best fit possible.

Since we were raised there we know quite a few of the cities that many people refer to as "San Diego" and we have some great local real estate agents that can help you with your search.

San Diego - The city of San Diego's most recognizable feature is probably the skyline of Downtown. Development in downtown has brought new high rise condos and Pet Co Park, home of the San Diego Padres. You will be able to explore some great lofts and even a few homes here in Downtown.

La Jolla - One of the premiere beach cities in the world is located just west of the 5 freeway and offers distinct architecture and soem of the most amazing views of the Pacific Ocean you will find anywhere. A rugged coastline means many homes are high on the hill so you may even get a view of the city in addition to the Pacific.

Spring Valley - Spring Valley is a city located in the east county of San Diego. It has a small town charm feel and still keeps you only 20 minutes from the Ocean. You will find many homes built in the 1940's and earlier. This gives you the option of finding some homes with larger lots, often 10,000 sq ft!

La Mesa - Just around the corner from Spring Valley you will find some great homes here. You will find traditional home configurations from 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to homes that are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Being in the east county like Spring Valley it is warmer, but you are never too far from the ocean.

Mission Beach - As it's name applies it commands a wonderful stretch of sand. It doesn't have the hills that La Jolla has, but here you get the strand. You will find many of the original homes here built in the 1930's and 1940's but due to the prime real estate many have also built up new homes. Here you will find lots as small as 1,250 sq ft. It is the beach so be prepared to hunt for some parking.

Coronado - This small island community is connected to San Diego by the Coronado Bay bridge. Coronado is home to much of the Naval community including the hosting the Navy Seals. It's a quiet beach town and always in high demand so prices are high. Even a modet home here will be in the seven figure range so keep an eye out for the home that is right for you.
